About me

I’m passionate about creating results, believing that strategic plans without execution are just nice words. That’s why I’m really nerdy about making sure that my advice is concise, clearly communicated and action-oriented.

 

Likewise, integrity, empathy and diligence are key values for me and will typically shine through in everything I do.
 

I founded my boutique management consultancy in 2017, to serve the specific and specialized needs of service centric companies, characterized by having to deliver complex services and products, while at the same time experiencing a need to focus on business development to survive in an increasingly competitive market.

Before founding the company, I worked with and consulted on commercial strategy, strategy execution and digital enablement in companies such as Implement Consulting Group, Ørsted & IBM.

Besides holding a M.Sc. in Economics & Business Administration, I'm  certified in Lean, PRINCE2 and MSP as well as a trained leader of professional services firms.
