I work as an external, independent program and project manager, and thrive where complexity is high, stakeholders are many, and strong leadership makes the decisive difference.

For 15 years I have helped organizations deliver major change and transformation initiatives - often in situations where the strategic ambition is clear, but the road from decision to stable operations is both demanding and risky.

I have a particular strength in creating clarity and direction in complex settings. I work closely with executive teams, program owners, and steering committees, and I take responsibility for turning strategic goals into concrete programs, projects, and decisions that can actually be executed.

My approach is calm, structured, and pragmatic. I don't believe in standard models as an end in themselves; I use methods and frameworks as a means to create momentum. I am certified in PRINCE2 and MSP, and I work with classic, agile, and hybrid approaches - always adapted to the organization I am working with.

I often act as the link between business, IT, and external vendors, and I am recognized for building collaboration and decisiveness so we reach the goal within scope, time, and budget.

For me, organizational and digital transformation is not only about process and technology, but also about purpose, benefits, sound leadership, and prioritization.
